Custom Print Options, Sizes, & Orientation

• Custom 4-Part Carbonless Forms printed in Black and Grayscale color on front and optional backside.
• Available sizes: Half Page 4.25” x 11”, Half Page 5.5” x 8.5”, Letter size 8.5” x 11”, Legal Size 8.5” x 14”. Custom sizes could be ordered by a Custom Quote Request
• Printed in Portrait / Horizontal or Vertical / Landscape orientation
• Your design file printed as sales receipts, sales orders, invoices, field service statements, estimates, quotes, work orders, and payment slips.

I do not have the Artwork or Design File ready?

No worries, you can place an order without the artwork. We will create new artwork from scratch using your logo, images, and text. If you have an artwork file that is not acceptable for printing, such as being fuzzy or low quality, we will redraw the file to a print-ready status using the image of your existing artwork file.

The words “Artwork File or Design File” refer to a Print-ready files. Please send your “New Design or Redraw My Artwork” request to service@printingfairy.com.

Form Color Sequence

White top original copy, yellow first middle copy, pink second middle copy, gold bottom copy

Binding Options 

• Edge glued sets – option of binding on top or side. Each set will have 4 glued sheets: white on the top, yellow first middle copy, pink second middle  copy, and gold bottom copy. 
  
• Perforated Booklets with or without wrap-around covers – precisely positioned perforation for easy and clean tear. Additional production time may be needed
• Loose sheets - unglued

Sequential Numbers

A sequential number is a unique identification number for each form to track and organize forms, whether a Carbonless Forms Booklet or loose sets.

On selection of Starting number option, an input box will be available to enter the desired Starting number.   If no Starting number is provided, we will choose and show it in the Proof. You will also have opportunity to provide a Starting number at the time of Proof approval. Numbers may be printed in Black or Red ink.

Show the numbering location in your artwork file, otherwise we will select a location in Proof. The size and fonts of the Starting number depend on the print area available in your artwork.

Carbonless Paper

Premier quality 20 lb bond durable carbonless paper, no carbon required. Safe to use in inkjet and most laser printers. Carbonless paper requires firm pressure for a clear and accurate duplicate impression on the copy below.

Proof Options

When you upload artwork files, a preview and proof will be automatically generated for your review and approval. Be sure to download the proof file for your records.

If the file preview and proof are not available immediately, our prepress team will prepare the proof and send you an email notification for your review and approval.

Proof approval is required before production begins. Please carefully review the accuracy of size, color, text, legibility, margins, blur, and orientation. This is your opportunity to ensure the design is accurate.

Artwork Guidelines

• CMYK Color Mode
• 300 DPI resolution at full size
• Fonts converted to outlines/curves
• Include 1/8" Bleeds if image or text go to cut-line
• Provide PMS color number for spot colors
• Multi-page documents should be in correct order
• Foil & embossed areas (if any) need to be in black on a separate layer/file
